Town Information Modeling ®

We combined Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology with the NavisWorks program to create a single user-friendly platform called Town Information Modeling (TIM®). Users can navigate three-dimensional representations of existing and future site conditions and access before-and-after data covering various impacts associated with proposed physical changes. TIM® links image and information in an easy-to-use tool for solving complex planning challenges.
